 
We've made it easier than ever to license DCI products, order prints and soundtracks, and submit your attendance records. Of course we are happy to continue corresponding with our theater customers by telephone and fax, but you can now conduct much of your business with us online.
ONLINE LICENSING OF FILMS
Simply fill out the Proposal Term Sheet. Be sure to include your contact information and all your necessary film specifications - and then click "Submit Form." Your worksheet will be forwarded to one of our managers for processing. Next, we will contact you directly to create a legal licensing agreement, which will include the license period, show schedule commitment, film specifications, license fees and print cost, and requested delivery date for your prints and soundtracks. ORDERING PRINTS AND SOUNDTRACKS
Your first order of film prints and soundtracks will be processed following the completion of a signed license agreement, as mentioned above. However, if you need to order extra prints and soundtracks, or replacement reels, please use the Prints and Soundtrack form. Please note that all orders and re-orders of prints and soundtracks MUST be preceded by a signed license agreement.
Generally speaking, it will take at least three weeks for your prints and soundtrack to be processed through our lab. Your first order of prints and soundtracks will arrive by the date specified in your licensing agreement. EXTENDING YOUR LICENSE
If you have a signed agreement and are interested in extending your run, please print out and remit the Short-Form License Extension form. The terms of the original agreement state that DCI should receive a written request for extension, specifying start and stop dates for consideration as well as how the film will be programmed during the proposed extension period. If these terms are acceptable to DCI, then DCI will send a formal extension for review and approval. EMERGENCIES
Re-orders may be processed more quickly in emergency situations such as when you urgently need to replace a damaged or lost film, individual reels, or sound media. In emergencies outside of business hours (US Mountain Time) you may contact Judd Monoson at 818-848-2275. We will do our best to get back to you within two business hours.
ONLINE ATTENDANCE REPORTING
Once your engagement begins, you will have until the 21st day of the following month to report your attendance and pay any license fees that are due. You can use our online Attendance Reporting form.
